For anyone living in a cave, 100% of the proceeds from this album will go toward my upcoming missions trip to Peru. I will be gone most of 2013 working with kids in the city of Iquitos. For more info, check out: https://www.facebook.com/AmorEnIquitos
I am including the inserts which would go into the CD, aka album art, by Gage Gorsuch. You can have a Where's Waldo? moment with our childhood photos and also play thru the chords of my original song. (Lover of My Soul)
I hope this project has taken you on a journey; I know it has me. There are a few themes here. I hope you’ve picked up on some of them. People from all over the United States have come together to create an awesome acoustic experience. The purpose first and foremost is to glorify Our Heavenly Father. Second, to bring education and a sense of urgency for the injustices in our world today. Third, to help fuel a passion for music and for children.
Most of these songs have a personal story behind them for me; a piece of my heart if you will. Thank you to everyone who helped make this possible over the past few months (from the microphone to guitar and piano work to fitting all these things into your schedules). It has been a labor of love, even when I’ve been sick or overworked, and has reminded me why I love music. I hope we’ve done these songs justice. It’s amazing all the talent that’s sitting around you and you may never realize its potential. So, with that said, thank you to everyone involved, thank you for listening and go out and make some music that’ll change the world! -- SAM TINDALL
